1. Reservations and Cancellations

All reservations require a valid credit card. Cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 24 hours notice: Full refund
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% of the total fare
• Less than 12 hours notice: No refund
• No-show: Full charge

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in USD. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

3. Service Standards

Our drivers will arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. A waiting time of 15 minutes for regular pickups and 30 minutes for airport pickups is included in the base fare. Additional waiting time will be charged at a rate of $10 per 15 minutes.

4. Luggage Policy

Each vehicle has a specific luggage capacity as shown in the vehicle details. Additional charges may apply for excess luggage.

5. Liability

Golden Line Limousine is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
